Below, please find correspondence that was received by the Town of Dover with regard to residents served by the Dover Plains Water Company in Oct. 2023.

A copy of the Dover Town Board's letter of opposition to the amount of the request rate increase was forwarded to the PSC on Nov. 8, 2023

A letter of rate filing postponement was submitted to the PSC on November 10, 2023.

The Public Service Commission will hold a teleconference for additional public comment on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024.
