About Us
Planning Board members are appointed by the Town Board for seven-year terms.
The Town’s Planner, Town Engineer and the Planning Board’s attorney assist the Planning Board with information related to the statutory requirements and environmental regulations related to land use and development in its review of applications.
The Planning Board upholds and implements the community's development policies through the review and approval of, among other things, subdivision plats, site plans and special permit applications.
