The final 2022 Town of Dover Comprehensive Plan Update has been adopted by the Dover Town Board

The Town of Dover Town Board held a public hearing on the final 2022 Town of Dover Comprehensive Plan Update on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY.

The final document was then unanimously adopted by the Town Board at their regular monthly meeting held on December 28, 2022.

The Town extends its heartfelt appreciation to the exemplary and dedicated members of the Town of Dover Comprehensive Plan Update Committee:   Richard Rennia, Jr., Committee Chairperson, Debra Kaufman, Valerie LaRobardier, Peter Sander, Marilyn VanMillon, Steven Vincent and David Wylock. 

A copy of the final draft is attached below pending minor format and proofreading edits to complete the document.  When the final document is ready , it will be posted on the Town website's public records portal.
