Notice is hereby given that the Board of Review for the Town of Dover, will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessment of Real Property.
May 26th 2PM – 4PM and 6PM – 8 PM by APPOINTMENT only.
Due COVID 19, such meeting will occur remotely by conference call or similar service. Contact the Assessor’s office on a Thursday but before Tuesday, May 26th 2020.
(Due to restrictions, property owners needing to grieve their 2020 tentative assessment are strongly encouraged to submit their (5 copies) grievance application and supporting documentation to the Assessor prior to Tuesday, May 26th by mail addressed to:

Your application must be filled out correctly & signed. (You will need to provide 5 copies by mail). You can go to dutchessny.gov for property information & sales information.
